6.Select Board to review and sign “Change in Terms of Agreement” with Mascoma Bank, increasing Town Highway Garage Construction Bond Anticipation Note to $475,000. (Bond has already been approved but new language requires new signatures)
7. Town of Cavendish Listers to request change of appraisal for parcel ID# 2P07-109.
8. Cavendish Listers will be present to discuss the towns current method for assessing properties, conducting appeals and Lister duties.
9. Town Manager to update Select Board on Winter shut down of WWTF Aeration Replacement Project.
10. Discussion regarding upcoming budget meetings and tentative schedule.
